Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC’s Old Bulls Head in England is seeking a Sous Chef who will run a kitchen section, lead a team in absence of Head Chef, and ensure every dish reflects our premium standards.

You will train your team, handle food ordering and stock control, and work with a branded menu while ensuring health and hygiene compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen section and managing a team.
• Ability to train staff and maintain high standards.
• Experience in food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
• Comfort with branded menus.
