Job summary

Harri is seeking a Sous Chef for a vibrant pub-kitchen role. You will lead a section, inspire your team, and step up in the Head Chef's absence. You’ll oversee food ordering, preparation, and stock control while delivering standout dining experiences.

You’ll work within Mitchells & Butlers brands, enjoying flexible shifts, staff discounts across venues, and ongoing development opportunities, including qualifications and progression. Join us and help guests feel welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team.
• Ability to manage food ordering and stock control.
• Familiar with branded menu operations.
• Commitment to health and hygiene regulations.

• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
