Mitchells & Butlers PLC's Bosham Inn is seeking a Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section, train staff, and step in for the Head Chef as needed. You will be passionate about great food, staff development, and ensuring guests leave with a smile.

Qualifications

• Experience as a sous chef or senior line cook in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to train and motivate a team to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Proficiency in food preparation and maintaining brand standards.
• Experience with stock control and food ordering processes.
• Familiarity with branded menus and consistent execution.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in a kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train the kitchen team to deliver high-quality food.
• Assist Head Chef with ordering, prep, and stock management.
• Ensure adherence to branded menu standards and portion control.
• Manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff during service.
