Job summary

Fox & Raven is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section and support the Head Chef in ordering, prep and stock control.

You’ll train and inspire your team, ensuring alignment with a branded menu and high standards of health and hygiene across the kitchen. The role forms part of Mitchells & Butlers’ Vintage Inns offering, with excellent team development and progression opportunities.

• As Sous Chef with a passion for great food and team development.
• Ability to lead a section and support Head Chef in stock control and ordering.
• Commitment to high standards of health and hygiene.

• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
