Job summary

Commodore is recruiting for a part-time Sous Chef. You’ll lead a kitchen section and step in for the Head Chef, ensuring the team works together to deliver great plates and a consistent guest experience.

You’ll be passionate about training people, driving standards, and maintaining hygiene while supporting food ordering and stock control. A friendly, team-focused environment awaits at Vintage Inns.
