Job summary

Trent Lock is recruiting a Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section, train the team and step up in the Head Chef's absence. You’ll ensure the branded menu is followed, maintain high standards and motivate staff to deliver dishes you’re proud of, with strong health and hygiene oversight.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.
• Ability to lead a kitchen team and maintain standards.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a busy kitchen.

• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
