Vintage Inns at the Trent Lock is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section, train a capable team, and step in for the Head Chef when needed, ensuring guests enjoy consistently great food.

Job description

As a Sous Chef at the Trent Lock , you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You'll run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one and you will be the person to step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Does this sound like you?
