Job summary

The Plough Inn, a Fuller’s pub in West London, is seeking a capable Sous Chef to cover for the Head Chef and lead busy service with pride.

You will create dishes from seasonal, local ingredients, mentor the kitchen team, ensure high standards of hygiene and food safety, and contribute fresh ideas. Full induction and ongoing training are provided, with opportunities to grow within Fuller’s family.

• Hygiene knowledge and food safety awareness are essential for this role.
• Demonstrated creativity in developing fresh dishes.
• Ability to lead and inspire the kitchen team during busy services.

Responsibilities

• Take full control of the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.
