Job summary

The Signal Box at Euston Station, part of Fuller’s, is hiring a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and lead the kitchen during their absence. You will prepare fresh dishes, showcase seasonal ingredients, and drive creativity in menu development.

Qualifications

• Hygiene qualification and strong knowledge of food safety are essential.

Responsibilities

• Step in for Head Chef when they’re away and run the kitchen.
• Prepare fresh dishes using seasonal, local ingredients.
• Bring creative ideas to develop new menu items.
