Job summary

The Vaults in Portsmouth is seeking a proactive Sous Chef to lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence. You will craft dishes from seasonal, local ingredients and inspire the team to deliver consistent, high‑quality service.

Join a vibrant pub setting with live music nights and a strong food‑first culture. You will uphold hygiene standards, train staff and contribute to menu development with creative ideas.

• As a deputy to the Head Chef, you will take full control of the kitchen when they are away.
