Job summary

The Mill at Elstead, part of Fuller’s, invites you to join our kitchen as Sous Chef, supporting the Head Chef and taking control when they are away. We focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients and pride in every service.

You’ll help lead a kitchen team, contribute new ideas, ensure food safety, and uphold high standards. We provide induction, training, and a friendly, supportive environment with opportunities for career growth.

• Hygiene qualification and strong knowledge of food safety are essential for this role.

• As a deputy to the Head Chef, you will take full control of the kitchen when they are away.
• Pride in preparing fresh food made from seasonal, local ingredients.
• A creative Sous Chef who can bring new ideas and create fresh dishes.
