Job summary

The Parcel Yard at King's Cross Station is part of Fuller’s and is seeking a talented Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and step in when they are away. You will lead the kitchen in a bustling commuter pub environment, cooking with care and consistency.

You will craft fresh dishes from seasonal, local produce, inspire the kitchen team, and uphold rigorous food safety standards. Fuller’s provides induction, training, and a range of benefits with opportunities for career growth.
