Job summary

Fuller’s The Prince's Head, a traditional English pub, invites you to join the kitchen team as Sous Chef. You will deputise for the Head Chef, lead a team, and ensure the preparation of fresh, seasonal dishes with care and pride.

You’ll contribute to a collaborative, supportive environment that values quality food, hygiene standards and continuous learning, with perks including earnings access via Wagestream and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Hygiene qualification and food safety awareness required.
• Excellent knowledge of fresh ingredients and seasonal cooking.
• Ability to lead kitchen team in absence of Head Chef.

Responsibilities

• Deputise to Head Chef and take control of kitchen when absent.
• Prepare fresh, seasonal, locally sourced dishes.
• Bring new ideas and creative dishes.
• Inspire and bring out the best in the kitchen team.
• Pride in every successful service.
