Job summary

The Sail Loft, Greenwich, part of Fuller’s, is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence and deliver high-quality, seasonal dishes with flair.

You’ll work in a vibrant waterside venue with excellent training, a competitive hourly rate, weekly tips, and access to Wagestream for early pay. Growth opportunities and industry-leading benefits await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Hygiene qualification, excellent food knowledge and food safety awareness are essential for this role.
• Deputy to the Head Chef: take full control of the kitchen when they are away.
• Creative Sous Chef who can bring new ideas and create fresh dishes.

Responsibilities

• Take full control of the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.
• Prepare fresh food made from seasonal, local ingredients.
• Bring the best out of the kitchen team and ensure every service is a success.
