Job summary

Fuller’s is seeking a creative Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and lead the kitchen in their absence, ensuring fresh seasonal dishes and high standards across our pubs.

You will work in a collaborative team, uphold hygiene and food safety, and take pride in every service. We offer induction and training, Wagestream access, and a range of staff discounts and benefits.

Qualifications

• Hygiene qualification, strong knowledge of food safety and handling.
• Experience in kitchen leadership preferred.
• Ability to create fresh dishes using seasonal ingredients.

Responsibilities

• As a deputy to the Head Chef, you will take full control of the kitchen when they are away.
• Prepare fresh food made from seasonal, local ingredients.
• Be a creative Sous Chef who can bring new ideas and create fresh dishes.
• Bring the best out of the kitchen team.
• Take pride in every successful service.
• Hygiene qualification, excellent food knowledge and food safety awareness are essential for this role.
