Job summary

Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is sourcing a capable Sous Chef for a busy dining pub in the Great Massingham area, near King’s Lynn. You will assist the Head Chef in delivering AA Rosette standard meals, using local, seasonal produce, and lead a small kitchen brigade.

Role offers 4-day straight shifts with 3 days off, and a total package worth up to £45,000 including tips. You must be able to work unsupervised and bring attention to detail to a high-standard kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced Sous Chef in a rosette kitchen.
• Ability to work unsupervised and manage a brigade.

Great Sous Chef role at this busy Dining Pub in Norfolk.

Our client in the Great Massingham area near to King's Lynn & Fakenham is recruiting a Sous Chef to join their busy Dining Pub & Restaurant.

As part of a hard working brigade you will be assist the Head Chef in serving food of a AA rosette standard. You will prepare meals for the restuaurant and bar menu.The property is seeking an enthusiastic Sous Chef to join an established head chef and help manage the kitchen team.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary to £41k + Tips worth £4k = £45k package

The Role

• Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
• Working in the AA Rosette standard kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
• 4 day straight shifts with 3 days off

The Person

• You will already be a Sous Chef
• Able to work unsupervised
• Have experience of working in a rosette hotel or pub, restaurant kitchen
• Good attention to detail
