Job summary

Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is representing a busy Dining Pub in Norfolk seeking a proven Sous Chef to join their AA Rosette kitchen near Great Massingham. You will report to the Head Chef and help lead the kitchen team, delivering high-quality restaurant and bar meals.

The role offers a 4-day week, live-in accommodation, meals on duty and a £41k base salary plus around £4k tips, with a total package of about £45k. You should have Rosette kitchen experience and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef in a rosette kitchen (pub/hotel/restaurant).
• Able to work unsupervised with strong attention to detail.
• Familiar with AA Rosette standards and local seasonal ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef and supervise junior chefs.
• Prepare restaurant and bar meals to rosette standards.
• Maintain high quality, consistency and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Support stock control and waste management.

Our client in the Great Massingham area near to King's Lynn & Fakenham is recruiting a Sous Chef to join their busy Dining Pub & Restaurant. As part of a hard working brigade you will be assist the Head Chef in serving food of a AA rosette standard. You will prepare meals for the restuaurant and bar menu.The property is seeking an enthusiastic Sous Chef to join an established head chef and help manage the kitchen team.

The Role

• Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
• Working in the AA Rosette standard kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients

• Able to work unsupervised
• Have experience of working in a rosette hotel or pub, restaurant kitchen
