We're working with a well-established garden centre in Norfolk who are looking for a Sous Chef to join their hospitality team and work closely alongside the Head Chef.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on in the kitchen but also wants to have input into menus, standards and the wider running of the operation.
The business operates a busy, public-facing restaurant with a strong focus on fresh, locally sourced produce and consistently high standards.
Working alongside the Head Chef, you'll help lead the day-to-day kitchen operation, supporting the team and making sure standards remain high throughout service.
You'll also have the opportunity to get involved with menu development, bring forward new ideas and take responsibility for the kitchen when the Head Chef isn't there.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in what they do, enjoys working as part of a team and is comfortable in a busy commercial kitchen.
You may already be working as a Sous Chef, or you could be an experienced Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef ready to take the next step.
