Job summary

Brunning and Price Pubs Ltd, home of Little Manor, seeks a passionate Sous Chef to join the kitchen leadership. You will work closely with the Head Chef to run service, uphold top-quality dishes and inspire the team with creative menus.

In addition to a base up to £34,000, you’ll share in a bonus up to £1,500 and enjoy free meals on shift, staff discounts, a Nest pension, life assurance, and other wellbeing perks across the group.

Qualifications

• Previous catering and hospitality experience at junior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential.
• Ability to run the kitchen alongside the Head Chef and drive food culture.
• Positive attitude and ability to engage with customers through new dishes.

About You...

Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub or hotel at junior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential, as well as a positive attitude. Working alongside the Head Chef you'll be responsible for running the kitchen, driving the food culture and keeping your team and our customers engaged with exciting new dishes.
