Job summary

Brunning & Price Limited is seeking a Sous Chef for Little Manor to lead kitchen operations alongside the Head Chef. You will maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and service, while guiding the team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

The role offers a base up to £34,000 with tronc, plus a bonus up to £1,500 per annum, paid overtime, and strong tips. Benefits include pension, life assurance, staff meals, staff discounts, and additional wellbeing support.

About you...

Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub or hotel at junior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential, as well as a positive attitude. Working alongside the Head Chef you’ll be responsible for running the kitchen, driving the food culture and keeping your team and our customers engaged with exciting new dishes.
