Job summary

The Horse & Groom in Hare Hatch, part of Brunning and Price Pubs Ltd, is seeking a Sous Chef to join the kitchen and help lead our cooking team. You’ll collaborate with the Head Chef, oversee kitchen operations and ensure exceptional quality, presentation and service across menus.

We offer strong pay up to £34,000 plus tronc, paid overtime, and a Management Bonus Scheme with potential yearly bonuses. Great tips and comprehensive staff benefits complete the package for motivated chefs.

• Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub or hotel at junior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential.

About You...

Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub or hotel at junior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential, as well as a positive attitude. Working alongside the Head Chef you'll be responsible for running the kitchen, driving the food culture and keeping your team and our customers engaged with exciting new dishes.
