Brunning and Price Pubs Ltd in Shrewsbury is inviting applications for a Sous Chef ready to fast track their career. Working with the Head Chef, you’ll lead the kitchen, drive the food culture and keep the team and guests engaged with exciting new dishes.

The package includes a basic salary up to £34,000 with overtime paid, generous tips, pension and life assurance, free meals on shift, staff discounts across the group, and flexible pay options through Stream.

Qualifications

• Previous catering and hospitality experience in a restaurant, gastro pub or hotel at junior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential.

About You...
