Job summary

Brunning & Price is seeking a Sous Chef for The Wharf in Castlefield, Manchester. You will work closely with the Head Chef, lead kitchen operations and drive the restaurant’s cuisine and guest experience.

This role offers a base salary up to £37,500 per year plus tronc, with a potential £2,000 annual bonus, paid overtime, free parking and a range of wellbeing and progression perks within a supportive pub-group environment.

About you...

Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub or hotel at junior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential, as well as a positive attitude. Working alongside the Head Chef you’ll be responsible for running the kitchen, driving the food culture and keeping your team and our customers engaged with exciting new dishes.
