Job summary

The Architect, Chester, part of Brunning and Price Pubs Ltd, is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to lead the kitchen and shape the menu alongside the Head Chef. Basic up to £37,000, plus tronc and a bonus up to £2,000, with paid overtime and great tips.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub or hotel at senior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential.
• Working alongside the Head Chef you’ll be responsible for running the kitchen, driving the food culture and keeping your team and our customers engaged with exciting new dishes.

About You...
