Fuller’s Old Fish Market in Bristol is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef, maintaining high standards and leading the kitchen in their absence.

Formación

• Hygiene qualification, excellent food knowledge and food safety awareness are essential.
• Seasonal, local ingredients knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to lead and inspire kitchen staff during busy services.

Responsabilidades

• As deputy to the Head Chef, you will take full control of the kitchen when they are away.
• You will prepare fresh food made from seasonal, local ingredients.
• You will bring new ideas and create fresh dishes.
• You will bring the best out of the kitchen team.
