Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking a high-energy Sous Chef to lead a busy kitchen and inspire a motivated team. You will partner with the Head Chef to set the pace, ensure elite standards, and deliver hospitality magic during service.

You'll coach chefs, manage HACCP paperwork, and maintain energy and accuracy in every plate. The role offers opportunities for progression within a vibrant Italian restaurant group.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a similar Sous Chef role within a fast-paced kitchen.
• Knowledge of stock control, waste reduction and food safety compliance.
