Job summary

Prezzo Italian in Ellesmere Port is seeking a dynamic Sous Chef to lead a busy kitchen and energise the team during service.

You will partner with the Head Chef to set the pace, maintain elite standards, and coach the next generation of chefs to deliver hospitality magic with every plate.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Sous Chef-level experience preferred.
• Ability to drive standards and coaching across the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen with the Head Chef to set pace and standards.
• Coach and develop junior chefs to deliver peak performance.
• Maintain HACCP and quality control across all dishes.
• Ensure every plate is sent with pride and precision.
