Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking a dynamic Sous Chef to lead a busy kitchen alongside the Head Chef. You’ll set the pace during service, uphold elite standards, coach aspiring chefs, and ensure every plate leaves the pass with pride and precision.

You’ll bring proven leadership, strong stock control, food safety know-how, and high energy to the team. The role offers up to £14.94 per hour, plus tronc and great perks, including free meals on shift, a birthday off, 50% off food for you and your team,

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop junior chefs, ensuring consistent plating and presentation.
• Maintain HACCP paperwork and kitchen hygiene to ensure compliance.
• Drive energy and teamwork to deliver high-quality dishes on every pass.
