Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking a high-energy Sous Chef to lead a busy kitchen in the UK. You will partner with the Head Chef to set the pace, maintain elite standards, and keep energy high during service.

You will coach chefs, manage HACCP paperwork, and ensure every plate is delivered with pride and precision, delivering authentic Italian hospitality.
