Prezzo Italian is seeking a high-energy Sous Chef in the UK to lead a busy kitchen and partner with the Head Chef to set the pace, maintain elite standards, and keep energy high.

You’ll coach junior chefs, master HACCP paperwork, and ensure every plate is sent with pride and precision, while delivering hospitality magic and a fun, respectful team culture. This role offers paid hours, perk incentives, and opportunities to advance.
