Job summary

Morris Dancers is seeking a motivated Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section and mentor a skilled team. You will partner with the Head Chef to ensure smooth service and consistent quality across branded menus.

You’ll train staff, manage food ordering, prep, and stock control while maintaining high health and hygiene standards. The role offers development opportunities within a loved UK pub brand.

• Experience leading a kitchen team and ensuring stock control.
• Ability to train staff to deliver high-quality food.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
