Mitchells & Butler's Vintage Inns are seeking a Sous Chef at Longbridge Mill with a passion for great food, training people, and delivering smiles to guests. You’ll run a section, lead the team in the absence of the Head Chef, and help push targets while delivering brand standards. What’s in it for you?

Job description

As a Sous Chef atthe Longbridge Mill, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You'll run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one and you will be the person to step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Does this sound like you?
