Job summary

Sun is seeking a Part Time Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section and inspire a strong team. You’ll train staff, manage food prep, and assist with stock control while ensuring health and hygiene standards are met. The role offers flexible shifts and opportunities for progression within a loved pub group.

Qualifications

• Part-time sous chef experience or/and strong commis to sous chef progression preferred.
• Passion for great food, training people, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead a kitchen section and ensure your team work as one.
• Step up to lead in the Head Chef's absence.
• Assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
