Job summary

Merlin is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section, train great people and ensure guests leave with a smile. You’ll step up in the Head Chef’s absence and steer your team to work as one.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team.
• Passion for great food and training people.
• Ability to manage stock, ordering and prep to brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train your section to deliver consistent quality.
• Support Head Chef with ordering, prep and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
• Work with a branded menu and maintain kitchen standards.
• In absence of Head Chef, lead the team and manage che ofrecers.
• Oversee that your team collaborates effectively to hit targets.
