Mitchells & Butlers PLC is recruiting a Sous Chef for the Grenadier at Sizzling Pub & Grill. You will lead a kitchen section, train staff, and step up in the Head Chef's absence to keep service smooth and guests happy.

• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

Job description

As a Sous Chef at the Grenadier , you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You’ll run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one and you will be the person to step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Does this sound like you?
