Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers’ Flying Horse is seeking a Sous Chef who is passionate about great food, training great people and delivering smiles to guests in our premium pub setting.

You’ll lead a section, support the Head Chef in their absence, and help manage ordering, prep and stock while upholding brand standards. Join us for flexible shifts, staff discounts, career progression and growth across premium pubs.

• Train and inspire your team to deliver consistent, high-quality food.
• Assist with food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Ensure adherence to health and hygiene standards and brand menus.

As a Sous Chef atthe Flying Horse, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. • Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
