Job summary

Dukes Head Billericay, part of Premium Country Pubs, is seeking a Sous Chef who is passionate about great food, team training, and guest satisfaction. You will run a section and lead the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sous Chef or strong prep/section leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to train and inspire kitchen teams.
• Proven track record of working with a branded menu and consistency in quality.

• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
