Queen & Castle, part of Mitchells & Butler PLC, is seeking a Sous Chef with a passion for great food, training teams and delivering memorable service. You’ll run a section, lead your team and step up in the Head Chef’s absence to keep service flowing smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a busy kitchen is desirable.
• Ability to train and inspire a team.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food you’re proud of.
• Support Head Chef with food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Lead a branded menu and manage the kitchen team.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
