Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers' Premium Country Pubs brand is seeking a Sous Chef at the Ferry. You will lead a section, train your team, and step in for the Head Chef in their absence, delivering consistent dishes with pride.

Qualifications

• Experience as a sous chef or senior line cook preferred.
• Ability to lead a kitchen team and work under pressure.
