Job summary

Windmill in the United Kingdom invites an experienced Sous Chef to lead a section, train a great team and drive guest satisfaction with great food. You’ll step up as needed in the Head Chef’s absence and keep the kitchen running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team as a sous chef.
• Proven ability to train and inspire staff.
• Experience with stock control and food ordering.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
