Job summary

Marston's is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team. You’ll be second in command to our Head Chef, ensuring hot, quality food reaches the pass with pride every shift.

You’ll lead the kitchen during service, support the Head Chef, and help develop the team while maintaining the highest standards of food and service. Flexible, part-time hours are available to fit family or education needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in branded hospitality environments or similar roles.
• Ability to support the Head Chef and manage line during service.
• Leadership in organizing and developing the kitchen team.

• Assist our Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen
