Marston’s, an award-winning local pub company, is looking for a Sous Chef to join our kitchen. We value people-led culture and real opportunities to advance your career.

As Sous Chef you’ll lead the line in the Head Chef’s absence, help develop the team, maintain high standards of food and service, and ensure the busiest service runs smoothly. We offer flexible hours and a supportive environment to grow in this role.

Qualifications

• Previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef
• Assist Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen
• Accountable for running the line during service
• Oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team - helping to develop their skills
• Be passionate about maintaining the highest standards of food and service

• Run the line during service to ensure consistency and quality
