Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. You’ll be second in command to the Head Chef, stepping in when they’re away and ensuring the line runs smoothly during service.

You’ll need branded kitchen experience or a background as a Commis Chef, with a passion for high standards of food and service and a drive to develop the kitchen team.

Qualifications

• Offer previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef.
• Assist our Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
• Accountable for running the line during service.
• Oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team - helping to develop their skills.
• Be passionate about maintaining the highest standards of food and service.
