Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen in a friendly pub environment. You’ll be second in command to the Head Chef, leading the line during service and driving consistency in hot, quality dishes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role or as a Commis Chef
• Assist Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen
• Accountable for running the line during service
• Oversee, organise, and develop the kitchen team
• Maintain the highest standards of food and service
