Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team. You’ll be right in the action, stepping up as second in command to the Head Chef and covering shifts as needed, ensuring hot, quality dishes reach the pass every service.

You’ll support the Head Chef in managing all kitchen aspects, run the line during service, and mentor the team to develop their skills while upholding the highest standards of food and service.

Qualifications

• Experience in branded kitchen roles or as a Commis Chef.
• Ability to assist Head Chef and manage kitchen operations.
• Proven skill in running a kitchen line during service.

Responsibilities

• Be second in command to Head Chef and cover them on shifts.
• Assist Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
• Run the line during service and ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee and develop the kitchen team, maintaining high standards.
