Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Sous Chef to join our Nottingham kitchen. You’ll be right in the action, acting as second in command to the Head Chef and stepping in when needed to ensure high-quality dishes go out to the pass on every service.

You’ll lead the line, support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, and develop the team’s skills while maintaining the highest standards of food and service. Flexible and part-time hours are available to fit around your commitments.

Qualifications

• Branded kitchen experience in a role similar to Sous Chef or as a Commis Chef.

Responsibilities

• Be second in command to Head Chef and cover shifts when needed.
• Run the line during service and oversee the kitchen team.
• Help develop team skills and maintain high standards of food and service.
• Assist in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
