Job summary

Marston’s pub in Wolverhampton is looking for a Sous Chef to join our team and support the Head Chef by delivering hot, quality food to the pass every service.

You’ll run the line in the Head Chef’s absence, oversee the kitchen team, and help develop skills while maintaining the highest standards of food and service. Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role or as a Commis Chef is preferred.
• Able to manage the line during service and support the Head Chef.
• Strong skills in maintaining high standards of food and service.

As Sous Chef you’ll:

• Assist our Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen
• Accountable for running the line during service
