Rexel UK in Birmingham is seeking a Services & Solutions Support Executive to coordinate day-to-day tasks, ensuring deadlines are met with high standards. You will support internal teams across Lighting Design, Fabrication, SmartSolutions and DataComms, and help produce accurate project documentation.

The role requires strong customer service skills, numeracy, and experience with Excel and M3. You will contribute to continuous improvement and build effective stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Service across multiple channels.
• Strong numeracy and precision with project workflows.
• Ability to rapidly identify and extract essential information for customer proposals.
• Experience in reviewing specification drawings and spotting design/technical errors.
• Advanced Excel knowledge for clear reporting.
• Knowledge of M3 and Rexel product ranges to support internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to support Lighting Design, Fabrication, SmartSolutions and DataComms.
• Produce accurate BOMs from schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Support Smart Solutions by completing customer projects within timelines.
• Communicate clearly and confirm understanding with stakeholders.
• Assist Fabrication & Datacomms with technical enquiries and creating technical documents and quotes.
• Support development of services and solutions used by customers and branches.
