Job summary

Rexel UK Ltd. is seeking a Services & Solutions Support Executive to assist internal teams across Lighting Design, Fabrication, SmartSolutions and DataComms. You will ensure accurate BOMs, manage customer projects to deadlines and provide clear, data-driven reporting.

The role requires strong numeracy, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem solving within Rexel product ranges and internal systems.

Qualifications

Excellent Customer Service experience across multiple channels.
Strong numeracy and precision with understanding of project workflows and processes.
Skilled at extracting essential information and presenting it clearly for customer proposals.
Experience in reviewing specification drawings and identifying design/technical issues.
Advanced Excel knowledge to produce clear reports.
Solid knowledge of Rexel product ranges and internal systems (M3) for effective support.

Responsibilities

Collaborating with internal teams to support Lighting Design, Fabrication, SmartSolutions and DataComms.
Detailing and producing accurate BOMs from schematic/wiring diagrams.
Supporting Smart Solutions by preparing customer projects within agreed timelines.
Clear and precise communication, clarifying as needed and verifying understanding.
Assisting Fabrication and Datacomms teams with technical inquiries and creating technical documents & quotes in M3.
Supporting development of services and solutions for customers and branches.
