Job summary

Rexel UK is seeking a proactive Lighting & Renewables Solutions Manager to head up our Lighting Solutions Team. You will lead Lighting Designers and BDMs, steering the team to win new design projects and strengthen partnerships across branches and customers.

The role focuses on delivering technical product solutions, market insights, and coaching through CPD, shaping Rexel UK’s lighting business for growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Lighting Industry.
• Aptitude for leading a developing a team into a market leading position.
• Confident to talk to customer partners about Rexels offer plan and value add services.
• Strong technical understanding of Lighting products and installation requirements.
• Proven experience developing a sales pipeline and achieving area sales targets.

This is a hands‑on commercial role with real impact: you’ll develop and run a team of Lighting Designers and Business Development Managers with a remit to develop and grow this important business stream for Rexel UK.
